Winston is a bear from an alternate reality, somehow stranded in our reality. He is dangerous because he could spread diseases from his reality to ours and because someone has taught him to kill. He is also something unique and wonderful. Will that part of his nature come out before he is executed?

Winston is a stand-alone novella in my "Exchange" universe, which also includes two published novels, Exchange and Devouring Wind. Winston has previously been published in The First Exchange Sampler & Companion.

I intend to post it on Wattpad in its entirety over the next few weeks, at a rate of one scene every other day.All Rights Reserved

As the "pro-beast" and "pro-human" sides chase to their own interests with the unfortunate bears caught in the middle (struggling to establish themselves in a human dominated world), the animals learn more and more to rely on their expanding awareness to survive and thrive in an entirely new world...to evolution shattering effect!
