Zachary Zuhenskey is a fifteen year old boy, who is visited by people from the future. These people tell him that in the year 2019, demons will rise up from the underworld. Which will lead to destruction, and soon the end of the world. Zachary has the entire year of 2018 to collect the nineteen powers from the nineteen past masked riders, so he can prevent this event from happening. Using the power of "Zi-O" Zachary will become, Masked Rider Zi-O.
