This is a poem I wrote during my runaway days in 1983. I was taken by a Man who was part of a crew that would take young runnaways and drug them up and force them to work in strip clubs and prostitution.

I never see a face or catch a glance of a shadow but I know somethings not quite right. My life changes forever when I arrive home one day to a nightmare. The Last Web Chat
I began this story in the summer of 2013; I don't remember what my inspiration for this story was, but I can remember shopping around ideas with friends of mine and then I thought of this, and they all thought it was a dark, and very sad idea. So, years later, I've decided to release it in its unabridged, unedited, copied straight from the file entirety, as one big thing. This is also the only instance where I wrote about a hetero couple. ALL CHAPTERS COMBINED INTO ONE FOR NOW, I APOLOGIZE. Excerpt: I flipped the lights on again and then walked over to my desk in search for a pen and something to write on. I ended up settling for a dark blue colored pencil and a sheet of loose leaf paper. I started to madly scribble a list of necessary supplies I would need if I was actually going to do this. 1. Money 2. Clothes 3. Bus schedule 4. Mom's memory box I couldn't think of anything else I would need. But I knew that the list would grow. I mentally started to make plans. When one is running away, planning is essential. I thought of things like where would I go? When would I leave? Would I need to pack food too? Am I strong enough to do this? Can I do this?Concluída
