The Earth, after continents submerged underwater from the magnetic changes, the mutated aquatic and land animals called 'Vicese'  plague the Earth, making the world head into lockdown, leaving all the weak and disabled behind, only taking the strongest with them underground. The top 50 strongest countries each took the 40,000 strongest and smartest people underground, leaving the rest to die. Those who survived were injected with a serum which allowed them to have at least one magic ability. Depending on how the body accepted the serum, the person would have more abilities if it welcomed it. If the body completely rejects the serum, the body would fight back against it, killing many important cells which would kill the person slowly. The magic ability would come after a while, later or immediately. Those who survived created a new world against the Vicese where many academies were built in order to train students to create new prosperous cities and to fight against the monsters.


Phoenix enrols in Verdant Academy, located in the country of Virescent where she meets many other students who come from different countries and various types of families. She meets many people that she's never met before.

Centuries ago this was a great planet, now it's a husky shadow of its former beauty. Though the remnants of its former magic still linger it was destroyed by power hungry scientists. More tests to make more technology to go further, faster more this more that. Boom It all went up in flames, radiation spilled out into South America from the global power station in Brazil. The nuclear plant 15 times that of Chernobyl blew its top. The initial explosion flattened Brazil and the shockwaves were felt from the Florida keys. But the thing that truly ruined the world was the nuclear fallout. it rained down everywhere turning the world into a desolate wasteland deserts for miles and miles. Now you live in districts to survive, but what's the good in just being a number. Why would you look forward to a future of infant nothing, can you run from that? Where would you go? Where have the people who have escaped gone? Is that a future? What if there's someone who got left behind? Rising of the Weakest Mage by Jacob_McCauley

(Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.

Despite this Relty hides a secret from everyone and will find out secrets about himself even he did not know.

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. There's a rich history or a back story where almost 20 years ago the hunters gathered and removed all existence of witches with elemental magic (Controlling Earth, Fire, Water, Air & Spirit ) but only two survived. That's when the book jumps in to follow the path of those survivors. Um, there are factions of offensive(Elementals) and defensive covens(Guardians) and then there's the elements of epic love, love that consumes the people involved and of course what's love without a little danger. - Thank you so much if you've read this far. Being trapped inside one place most of your life is suffocating. So I took it upon myself to go behind my mother's back every chance I got to leave. I never thought that one day I would be caught. My mother agrees to let me go to school with the neighboring pack's alpha. She only agreed to prove to me that was a monster to other species. To her a Vampire demon should never be left unattended. She may be right most of the times. This time I think my mother could be wrong. Mother doubted me only to be proved wrong. I can coexist with wolves, I've been doing it for years. Now the humans. They are tempting for a hybrid like me. I can push past their tempting blood for 8 hours each day. The thing is I might not want to but I can. Life just keep throwing obstacles my way. Now I have a beloved. An extremely tempting beloved. My demon loves the taste of blood. How long before she gets a taste or our mates?
