"My mommy" is about a single deaf mother raising her teenage son.
As a single mother, it is hard enough, but being deaf and a single mother is harder. Ella, lost her hearing when she was two, due to an accident. Her son's father hasn't always been in their life. And times are getting harder.
When he tries to get custody of Josh, Ella is at a dead end.
