It was finally Christmas; the best time of year. Now, usually, I would be snuggled up on the couch in my reindeer onesie, drinking myself drunk on eggnog, while watching cheesy Halmark movies to no end.
What I definitely was not expecting, was to be sitting on the curb outside of some random airport hours away from my home- broke and alone.
And, what came next was definitely unplanned for.

Once upon a time, I was your typical good girl, doing my job like a total elf star, no complaints. Even with the little "gift" I was born with (aka my disability), I handled life pretty well. Every year, without fail, while my family's out decking the halls, I'm over here getting snowed under with the worst disasters.
