In the beginning of there relationship, a few years before the start of Queen, Mary finds out she's expecting to Fred's delight. Now with a small daughter & Mary's support of his dreams, he becomes the lead for the band smile. Changing the bands name to Queen and adding the bass player John to the group, they become a close family, and Queen sky rockets. Everything seems perfect until Fred and Mary separate do to Fred revaluation. Now In 1983, 16 year old Melody finally gets to spend real time with her father. She sees her 'uncles' & fathers legendary lives first hand. Seeing Roger again for the first time in years, she can't help but feel off around him. The last thing you'd known you were living in 2017 with a love for the music of Queen and a passion for the charisma that lie behind Freddie Mercury's smile. Now you were trapped, trapped in a time no longer your own. A new life you've been learning to love and a new love that could never possibly be a life. In the end time waits for no one, but maybe just maybe ...no one but you. _______ This is my first and most-likely only attempt at fanfiction. I'm hopefully going to keep this one going for a bit. I am just trying it out. It will probably get more mature later on, but we'll have to see. I'm doing this for my other Queen friends who said I should go for it, so here I go. ADDED NOTE: I know the first few chapters have a lot of spelling and grammatical errors that I need to go back and edit. Emma starts working at Trident Studios and quickly meets the members of Queen. She must do whatever she can, to keep the job, but Freddie makes that hard. He realises that he has this.. lust.
