Izuku - King Of The Monsters [Discontinued]

In 1950s, before quirk even existed. America has dropped atomic bombs at Japan. Izuku unfortunately, was mutated by the nuclear testing, turned into a gigantic monster that cause havoc over Tokyo and many other city. He has lost control over it, and killed his mother in the process. Izuku turned back into human, realized what he has done, run away and hiding in the deep ocean for centuries. In 2270, humanity has evolved and developed a strange phenomena known as 'Quirk'. However, most of the women possessed that, keywords 'most of', men also developed quirk, but it's really rare, only 24% of the male have it. But women still dominating the entire world, many male tried to become worthy, but failed miserably. Izuku seeing this, enraged and returned back to the surface only to do one thing....... to restore the balance of the nature
