A little sequel short story to Ultramarine. Set in seven months after most of the events of Ultramarine, bar the Epilogue. Please read that story before you read this one! Essentially, this is the first Christmas Sheena and Cole spend together, all in Sheena's POV. She and Liam are falling hard for each other, but she cant be close to him, not after what happened with her parents. She is forced to stay on the run with them, trying to find the safe haven for kids, and stay away from the children's league, a government association who will stop at nothing to get ahold of Genevieve and use her for her powers. See...she is special, rare, as they like to say. And as they get closer to grasping they things they've dreamed of for so long, Genevieve must make a hard decision deciding the future of not only her, but the ones she loves, one that may mean giving up her only chance at a life worth living.
