You walk into a coffee shop. What's the first thing you see? A long line of people. Your at an amusement park,  everywhere you turn you see people. What covers the streets and sidewalks of cities? People. That's exactly the problem. Overpopulation. When a young girl in the small city of Springshear hears the word "Overpopulation" she thinks one of the most dangerous orders in the area. Section 9. They have a violent and gruesome way of dealing with overpopulation. They kill. They randomly pick people who are registered or are in the area of Springshear and stop at nothing to kill them. Everyone turns on you.
