People. That's exactly the problem. Overpopulation. When a young girl in the small city of Springshear hears the word "Overpopulation" she thinks one of the most dangerous orders in the area. Section 9. They have a violent and gruesome way of dealing with overpopulation. They kill. They randomly pick people who are registered or are in the area of Springshear and stop at nothing to kill them. Everyone turns on you. Your friends, family, girlfriend, boyfriend... if anyone helps you they will be targeted as well.The only choices the target has is to run, or enjoy their last glimpse of living...
