I walked into the room seeing my sweet sunshine crying again from his constant nightmares holding his precious teddy bear and tossing around messing up the sheets of the bed.

I went closer to him and carried him gently,his brilliant red hair that framed his face was a messy from his movement and his once happy expression was now a scared one.

My sweet sunshine hugged me burying his face in my neck crying and crying uncontrollably,his tears were flowing out onto my shirt.

I hugged him back tightly patting his back and whispering calming words to relax him.

Soon he calmed down and looked at me with his blue eyes that tend to have flecks of brown.

I smiled sweetly and whispered "Don't worry darlin I'm always here for you"
He smiled brightly that shined my life with happiness and said "I know you are always here for me Mummy"
I kissed his cheek earning a cute giggle from him.
"How about Mommy sings a song for you and you can help me sing it?"I said as I walked to my room carrying my sunshine.
He smiled happily and nodded excited.

"Goodnight to you"

"Goodnight to me"My sunshine sang snuggling into my chest.

"Now close your eyes and go to sleep...Goodnight,Sleep tight,Sweet dreams tonight...Goodnight l love you my sunshine....."
I finished the song humming a bit then looked down seeing him in a deep sleep.
I smiled softly and looked out at the window that had a magical view of the sunrise reminding me my of sunshine and also him.
"He looks just like you"I whispered looking at my sunshine.

"I really miss him"
