We are the Misfits

This story takes place during Rise of the Planet of the Apes and continues through Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

Tesha has grown up all alone. Her parents were dead and now she's being sent to yet another foster couple, seperate from her brother. But this couple has something different.

A chimpanzee named Caesar.

For two years, they grow close and are happy with Will and Caroline. But then as if things couldn't get worse, a disease breaks out and wipes most of the world population.

She struggles as a rebellious 19 year old teenager with the suffocating rules of the colony.

Now, as they reunite, they have a war to end.
