    Arthur Kirkland was one of the people chosen to attend a universal academy, a school where every country sends one student. It was part of some social experiment or whatever and he represented England. Arthur was a lonely teen, keeping to himself and avoiding people, with the problem of Schizophrenia which allowed him to see his magical 'friends.' Francis Bonnefoy was the representative for France. He was a more social person, flirting with everyone and always being invited to things, he never really had anything wrong with himself.
