It was part of some social experiment or whatever and he represented England. Arthur was a lonely teen, keeping to himself and avoiding people, with the problem of Schizophrenia which allowed him to see his magical 'friends.' Francis Bonnefoy was the representative for France. He was a more social person, flirting with everyone and always being invited to things, he never really had anything wrong with himself. This made the town a place a lot of travellers were interested to go to. They were known to be both male, in their younger adult years and look somewhat related. The only thing they don't know is where they're hiding and their names.
