Kiara lives in a world of superheroes and super villains, all who go in the endless cycle of winning and losing. All she wishes to do is grow up and become a famous ballerina. But there's one problem, she's a super too. With multiple powers, Kiara might as well be one of the most dangerous and powerful supers of all time. Few things are missing though, Kiara doesn't know where her loyalties stand, whether she's a supervillain or a superhero. Then, she meets Golden Glacier, the town superhero, and his rival the notorious Dark Onyx, the evil supervillain , and for some mysterious reason, she catches both their attention. Kiara doesn't plan on telling either of them about her powers, but as the tension thickens between the two supers, someone has to stop them from destroying the whole city, and that someone, is her. Later on does she realise that there was tension for more reasons than one. Later on does she realise that her past is more complicated than she thought.

THIS BOOK TAKES PLACE AFTER 'BLOG OF A TEENAGE SUPERHERO'. You don't have to read that book first to understand the events that unfold in this one, but this story will spoil all the major plot twists in BoaTS. *** What makes a supervillain? After escaping prison, ex-supervillain Masquerade is on the run from the city he used to love. But the past, in the form of a boy he hurt and a superhero who saved him, won't let him go. He thinks if he joins the organization that wants to destroy "mutated monsters" like himself and the supers he used to terrorize, then maybe he can be made human again. Flawed logic, sure, but Masquerade would do anything to escape the person he's become. But when this organization takes their agenda a step too far, resulting in a tragedy far too close, Masquerade has got to choose: to be the person he's learned to be, or to fight back. *** COMPLETE
