He hated me.

I ran away from him, away from America to here, in Tokyo.
For the last two years, I have lived in this three bedroom apartment, with my three other younger siblings, none of them he knew. Or remembered.
I grew to crush on the quiet boy in the corner of the classroom, wishing that he would look at me.
Talk to me.
Acknowledge me.
But now that man is back. And he continues to hunt me down, just like all those years ago. I thought he was gone, I thought he forgot about me.
I need help.
Save me.
Stop this pain.
Someone.....

Ok, I suck at writing summaries so here's my best shot! The story is better I swear! 15 year old boy Akira Shirogane is 3/4 Japanese and 1/4 European. He stands out like a sore thumb because of his oriental blue eyes. And he's short. On the 17th of July, the day Akira turned 6, his brother was kidnapped by the mafia. Thinking his brother's kidnapping was his fault, he is left alone. He is socially uncomfortable with everyone, with the exception of his best friend, Rui Ryuuzaki. Both of them will be dragged into a world like no other, the darker side of society. Have you ever wondered what the mafia is like? Well, Akira will find out whether he likes it or not. Life isn't all it seems. And it's definitely not a bed of roses as some people would describe it. What then lies beyond the roses?Concluida

After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!!
