Taylor lives a "wild" life and has left her little son, Luke, in Lauren's care.

Luke says that he has a special friend whom Lauren cannot see. The boy's mysterious new friend is a grown-up female called Camila. Luke's seemingly imaginary friend turns out to be real and when Lauren is finally able to see her, she does not really know what to make of her. With Camila's fondness for adventure and bright view on things, the women gives Lauren new perspective to a whole new way of living. However, the questions remain for her: Is it for real? Is Camila for real?
