In this Novel we meet a Dr named Sarah who believed that her life had reached a full circle, it was time for her to go! On he first attempt to end her life, she is saved by a street beggar who introduces himself as I AM. Knowing that Dr.Sarah would make another attempt to end her life, he decides to follow her everywhere until he succeeds to change her mind! 

Will he succeed? Can a poor, uneducated, dirty stinky man like him change Sarah's mind? Is he willing to pay the cost to do so? What does he gain from this good deed? Will he be able to keep up 24/7?
