After the events of dangonronpa v3 shuichi woke up from a test lab show station and was awaken to see kaede his best friend and true love but he didn't care that the whole thing was a show he was glad to have a Second chance at life with kaede . so they thought and all of the world thought no more dangonronpa until  21 years later.

It'll take a lot of work restoring their groups harmony and finding the truths of their own past. What makes things interesting is while searching for his past Shuichi comes across Kokichi. Will this fated reunion go sour or bloom into an unexpected romance only time will tell.
