A collection of my own personal poems spanning the last three years, about the life I've lived and the world around me. Contains dark imagery, and mature themes including death and self harm. But if we don't talk about the darkness that lurks in our minds, how will we be able to fight it?
Contains 40 poems from 2016-2019, including the complete Tenebris Vol. I and Tenebris Vol. II, and new additions.

A Weight off My Mind - Time to Live
Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now. H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems.
