Julia lives in a society where everybody is very similar, but she Is different. On people's thirteenth birthday they discover if they have magic blood. Most people within the walls have it and it determines their use in society. But, everybody's powers fit in the same category; if yours don't then you are different. And sometimes different mean means dangerous . Julia just wishes no more attention is placed on her as she already stands out with her appearance and the feelings she's having are not like any other people she knows.
