Dark. All I could see was dark, but I could hear a ringing noise. I opened my eyes to see chaos, people running, screaming in terror, people in pain, hurt and suffering from what had happened. What did happen?

This is a short story I had to write for a project, it's about three characters named Tess, Ethan and Jackson. Will these characters be able to work together to find out the mystery on this ship in this futuristic time?
