Klaus Miller's life is finally good. He has a beautiful wife, Liv Miller, who he loves with all his heart. Liv's family has even welcomed him with open arms. He's finally truly happy after all of the traumatic family events. Unfortunately, his life soon falls back to pieces when his wife, Liv, is murdered, just like his mother, father, and older brother. He's left with no family. After Liv's case is left unsolved, similar to Klaus' other lost loved ones, he takes matters into his own hands. Anxious to find the killer that has been ruining his life, Klaus gets to play detective.

Plagued by painful memories from the past, Winelde Nogstrof seeks out the help of a once famous psychiatrist, Dr. Walter Fitzgerald. With Winelde's life hanging in the balance, Dr. Fitzgerald must decide whether or not to face his past head on, and assist a desperate Police Detective, in order to put an end to The Oculus' reign of terror once and for all.
