"Oh god," she choked out. "Luke-" Camila wrapped her arms around his neck, rising on her tip-toes to squeeze him tighter.
Luke just buried his face in the crook of her neck, his arms around his waist and holding her firmly, as if he was afraid even she would leave him.
Camila held him up, making sure his shaking knees didn't buckle and give out. She could feel her own tears against her cheeks as they clung each other like their lives depended on it.
