Jamie Bird is a normal seventeen year old girl on the outside, but no one knows her internal struggles. After having most of her family murdered, her stepmom dragged the remaining children of the Bird family to Colorado. Years later she forces them back to Blossom Valley, and Jamie is furious and curious. Now Jamie must avoid all danger of this returning nightmare while dealing with her unknown illness. Instead of seeking darkness, she looks for the light. After five years if questions, now is the time to look for her answers. Joined by new and old friends Jamie is offered help and comfort. But in this small town, not everyone is who they appear to be.
