Arthur has heard about his 2P, who also shares his name, though prefers to be called Oliver. The thought that this alternate him was of any relation to him disgusted him. He didn't think it would be a big deal, since the countries had just had a World Meeting, so another one wouldn't be for a while. No one ever cared to visit just to visit anyway, right?
