A SYMPHONY BEGINS

Midway through the dull, grey journey of college, Victor Roland, a high-functioning autistic, is dragged into his own world of sword and steam. Here, the year is 1884, by Imperial reckoning.

In the shadows of its cathedrals, a series of grisly murders sweep the metropolis of Holy Gothica. Soon after his descent, Victor learns of portals in televisions, where daemons lurk in an abyss shrouded in fog, and emerge when blackouts wrack the city. But when he discovers that his friends from "reality" -- Charles Garner, a middle-aged "connoisseur of cannabis," and, Beatrice Morrison, a biker with a goth streak -- are trapped in here, Victor resolves to find them, lest they wind up kidnapped by, "the Dollmaker," and slaughtered behind the screens.

Fortunately, Victor awakens to the power of Geist -- the power to summon a living facet of his own psyche, to battle the evil born of everyone's souls. A power that earns him a chance to find his dear friends, and perhaps even a way home ...

Whimsical, humorous yet terrifying, Geist: Prelude will hold readers long into the night, and pave the road for a trilogy of gothic fantasy and dystopia.

Sector 5: The Reawakening(book 2) de AntoniusMarkus
50 partes Concluida
(Book three coming soon hopfully sooner then later!! ;3) Previously, in Sector 5: Decades ago, Dr. Allen's cure-all serum inadvertently caused the apocalypse, turning him into Patient Zero and the shifting, monstrous First Blight. He was eventually brought into Sector 5, a fortified city defended by "unwantables" Team 7. Allen, initially amnesiac, slowly recalled his past as a victim of betrayal. His presence ignited Sector 5's central conflict, especially as Nero (revealed as Reno, the First Vampire Lord) and Natalia (a vampire with a unique, blighted connection to Allen) grappled with his existence. The chaos escalated with Belshy's vampiric invasion, pushing the city to its breaking point. During this turmoil, Team 7 underwent profound changes: Sabrina died fighting, then astonishingly reanimated as an angelic being with white wings, defended by Mercury. Joey mutated into a unique cat-like hybrid. The ultimate horror arrived when Allen fully transformed into the towering, rampaging First Blight. Its very presence turned humans feral and reanimated all dead creatures. Reno and Belshy formed an uneasy alliance to fight it. But it was Allen, breaking free from the monster's control and becoming The Plague Master with a formidable purple scythe, who finally destroyed the Blight. His victory, however, unleashed a new world. All the dead, including those from the "Golden Age," began to reanimate as conscious monsters, confused and unaware of the decades passed. Simultaneously, magic began to emerge globally as a "Spark" in children, and soul weapons evolved beyond swords to include ranged forms.

SELF PUBLISHED. BUY NOW ON AMAZON https://a.co/d/hPXh35A What if you could read tomorrow's events today? When Ethan Carter, a skeptical freelance journalist, stumbles upon an old, leather-bound diary hidden in his attic, he thinks it's nothing more than an heirloom from his late grandmother. But when the pages start filling themselves with entries-describing his future in unsettling detail-Ethan's world tilts into nightmare territory. At first, the diary seems harmless, even helpful. It predicts small events: a spilled coffee, a forgotten phone call. But as Ethan follows its entries, the predictions grow darker... and deadlier. Each page drags him deeper into a chilling reality where time bends, shadows move when they shouldn't, and a sinister entity watches from the corners of his vision. When a cryptic stranger warns him to burn the book before it's too late, Ethan hesitates. The more he reads, the harder it is to stop. His best friend Harper tries to pull him back, but when the diary predicts her death, she begins to fear him as much as the book itself. Now, Ethan is trapped in a horrifying paradox-does he obey the diary and risk becoming its pawn, or defy it and face the unknown consequences? As the final entry begins to write itself, one truth becomes clear: The story was never his to tell. He was always part of it. Fans of The Silent Patient and The House of Leaves will be riveted by this psychological thriller infused with supernatural horror. Can you trust your own fate when it's already written?

Marcus narrowed his eyes at her and brought a hand up, tangling his hand in her hair and tugging on it so she was looking up at him. "You're asking for it, Mila. I could have you moaning my name and begging for more in seconds," he said, squeezing her ass and rubbing himself against her. Mila inhaled sharply and let out an involuntary whimper, craving to be closer to him, with nothing in the way. "You're all talk," she said breathlessly. "All talk, no action. You talk too much," she said, looking up at him with darkened eyes. "I'll believe it when I see it." Marcus growled, planting another hard kiss on her lips, pinning her to the wall with his body as his hands slid down lower on her ass, fingers curling around her inner thighs and getting dangerously close to where she was already wet for him. "You're going to eat those words, Mila," he said against her lips, pushing off the wall and carrying her towards the bedroom. "You're going to eat them while I fuck you so good you scream my name." Mila is desperate for money. So desperate she is willing to do anything to get it and has tried most things. She reaches the end of hope that she will get the the necessary amount in time to take care of the person who needs it, until she remembers her life insurance. The life insurance she gets through her work could cover everything, the only issue being it requires her death and a suicide-clause means she can't do it herself. Desperate enough to sacrifice her life, she finds hiring someone to do it too expensive and one night while drunk, she turns to her superstitious roots and tries to summon a demon to do the deed for her. Several failed attempts later, she's surprised to discover it actually worked, and a surprisingly attractive demon named Marcus is standing in her living room, refusing to accept her request and sparking a lot of feelings she wasn't expecting to have for a demon from hell. this book comes down Nov 1st, then only on patreon
