Lucy Jude Smith, finally out of her awkward stages, enters high school like a new person. She had a physical and mental makeover during the summer before freshman year; changed her style, changed everything she used to like. It was all down the trash.
Alex Wolff, once thought of as Lucy’s friend, is confused. Lucy’s talking to him less and less as the days pass. She’s starting to not even look at him. It’s getting harder and harder to go to her house when their parents have dinner together.
