A realm of orcs, trolls, ogres, and humans and other beings; each faction is at war with the other. A young woman who ran from a marriage stumbles into the forest, one out of her kingdom. She befriends a young man, but one thing- he is part fey. Their friendship evolves into something more just as the war does until each fraction finds out, putting their kingdom and their relationship at risk.
