Camp Half Blood has been given power over time, which allows the campers to rescue important half bloods from back in history as long as they do not majorly effect history. This is where Isabelle comes in. She is from the 1800s, where everything that is normal is about to change. Though this is the generation after Percy Jackson, Percy and Annabeth, now married, do have a major role on the book.
