Mica Penniman was always different. At the age of 13 he was dyslexic and could barely read or write. His clothing choice of ridiculous bow ties with matching trousers were beyond ordinary. He was bullied and was always the outcast.
But there was one person, a girl named Katherine Lester, who could see past his quirks and insecurities and found something quite beautiful: a friend.
Their friendship took off until they became inseparable best friends who spent every moment with each other. And that's when Mica fell in love.
Did she fall for him in any possible similarity?
Or would it take an unexpected tragedy and 10 years before Katherine realizes she has access to something more beautiful than a talented best friend:
