JRR Tolkien, the great historian of the War of the Ring, did not know of the contribution of the Uruk Nar Lagurz, the small group of Mordor Orcs who set their will against Sauron and did everything they could to make sure he never regained the One Ring. Most of the contributors to the Red Book, such as Samwise Gamgee, never knew of their pivotal roll. Those who did were sworn to secrecy,  Moreover, Mr. Tolkien has done an unintentional disservice to certain citizens of The Shire who also supported the Free Peoples of Middle Earth through their covert activities. 

How did the Ring remain hidden in The Shire for so long while Sauron bent all his thought to finding it? The volume you now holds in your hand will shed light in these and many other questions.All Rights Reserved
