In a large village consisting of different communities known 'The Village', lived nine females who were very much different from the rest of the village.
Joy Pills are the drug to forget the bloody past within The Village, are required to be taken. Refusal of taking your Joy shall lead to a beating by the police, or even just by the 'friendly' folks passing by.
The nine females start off seperated, but soon slowly find each other after they all flee The Village for becoming a Downer because of refusing to take their Joy.
These females' goals are to return to find the truth about true Joy. Will they be able to? Or just be chased down by an angry mob?
