Darkness is on the rise...
Twenty-year-old violinist, Cadence Stott, has returned home for the summer on the pretence that she would be unwinding from a long school year with her grandmother Euphony and her cousin Bensyn. But, another year of cold, fruity teas, tanned skin, and long strolls through the small town of Alexandria, doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon. Not when Cadence has a hapless run in with a mysterious and rude man with a serious stalking issue.
