This short story was writen for the SciFi Competitions of June 2019 with the following theme:
"A five years mission ends, begining of holidays but not as expected"
Around this theme, i built a crew of people specialist on their own fields led by Captain Oro at the command of a planet size ship the "HOD" which purpose is to terraform planets so humanity find a new home. Five years later, Earth-II is complete ready to welcome settlers, the crew ready for party but something goes awry.

Humanity is a virus
The first world is the key ____________________________ This tells the tale of two men who live at a point in time where the galaxy has been colonized and people are running out of new places to live. Governments have ignored this problem for eons, pressing forward while the people suffer behind them. Many desolate worlds exist that cannot support life, but the technology exists to terraform them in a short amount of time. The increasing demand for new planets is insatiable, however, and barely habitable worlds are being colonized despite the incredible risk. The men search these worlds in the hopes that they might find one where life exists such that its example could be used to save the whole galaxy from its many ecological crises, bringing a balance between progress and long-term survival. Orphaned just after their birth, Lyda has lived their entire life knowing that it doesn't end on Earth- but Earth will end before they do. The Earth's moon is set on a collision course with it's mother planet, and few are eligible to escape it. Those who are able bunk down for the long, frozen sleep, across the cosmos to one of many planets, take their cues from the young captain, as prepared as they can be for the trek ahead. The T'sari welcome them with open arms to Alpha Terra 4, but they aren't the only voices coming from the far off new home Lyda's colony is hoping for. Will the colony survive the trip? What of Lyda's sense of self? And who neglected to tell them that their T'sarian hosts were so...easy on the eyes? First part is complete.
