Jack Frost was the only person that Elsa could touch without hurting. Jack helped Elsa try to control her powers and Elsa made Jack feel human again. Jack leaves Elsa to work with the Guardians for a little bit but when he comes back he's back to square one with Elsa going right through him again because she doesn't believe anymore. After that she stops seeing him competently. Then on the day of her coordination he shows up again. Elsa told him to go away. Told him she never wanted to see her again. She had never heard of Jack Frost do she did not believe in him. What she did believe in was that there was someone out there like her. They were best friend.
