For Brooklyn, college was just another step on the way to achieving her dream. She was never one of those party kids in high school and she was most certainly not planning on becoming one now. Stick to the plan and it'll all be fine. After all how hard can it be? On the other hand, Blake just wanted to forget everything. He was still fighting his pain but he was tired of it. Apparently, If you turn off your feelings they can't get to you. After all how hard can it be?

Slow and deliberately, as if he's still debating the answer to my question as he slicks his tongue over mine. He softly sucks on my bottom lip, dragging it with him when he pulls away.
