It's right after Wally's death, but only he's not really gone, but no one knows that. Robin starts getting nightmares about him and he gets really close on killing himself when a very familiar note appears on his bathroom mirror, the same note that Wally wrote for him for his birthday before he died. Robin then realizes that Wally isn't really dead, that it was all fake. He then tries to find Batman, who is on patrol, since Robin is too "Sick" to go with him, and tell him the news.
