Hello, my name is Emma and this is basically all of my entries Into my journal over the past 3 years. Im hoping this will be a way to relieve all of my thoughts. Along with helping others letting them know their not alone. Everything that is written in here is based on true events and are all things I have gone through. Their only short pieces of long stories but it gives you an in-depth on how I feel. I include pictures of all the things I have written and have blurred them because some of them have peoples names in it. I also have another book called the Arguments Between Me and my Ex that kind of goes along with this. Please read with caution as it does deal with depression, anxiety, self harm, and suicidal thoughts. I will try to update this as much as I write, the less I update it the better because that basically means I'm not too upset lmao. (Side note all the names are made up in this)
