Little Flower Red

Chloe Maximoff, also known as Hydra's little flower, is the youngest out of three siblings. All three of them willingly volunteered to be experimented on by Hydra. They were the only ones to survive that experimentation. Chloe was transported to another facility, being kept under harsh surveillance and trained upon further; the experimentation never stopping.

She was their weapon, their way to mass destruction with a fitting code name of little red; her trademark red hood being a large contrast to her appearance. But before Hydra could allow her to go on a proper mission; the goal to eliminate the Avengers- they were sent to take out the final facility. There they find her, Little Red despite her being considered long dead.
