A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy.

This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise.

Which is Crowley's cue to panic.

Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff. Wrote them based off of Show!GoodOmens and not Book!GoodOmens, but I do have some headcannons in here based off of the book

How could he not? The angel and demon pairing had been best friends for over 6,000 years and Crowley's voice was just so convincing. But oh boy, was he wrong. Mere weeks after the failed Armageddon, Heaven and Hell grew restless. They felt cheated out of a much needed war- a war that the angels should have won. After many days of arguing, Heaven and Hell shockingly came to an agreement- they would host a series of challenges, games if you will, to prove which side was better. When both Crowley and Aziraphale refuse to participate, Heaven and Hell punish them with something so awful that the boys wish they had just stayed on their respective sides and followed the Plan. Will this punishment bring the demon and the angel closer, or will it tear them apart for good? Story length: 12,193 Words

It's 'why do you still care at all'. Crowley has to close his eyes for a second, makes sure Aziraphale doesn't see. "Cause you're here", he says, voice carefully detached, "and you're hurt, and you need someone. And that someone's gotta be me." "Why?" He won't answer that. He can't answer that. "Don't ask stupid questions." ~oOo~ Or, the one where Heaven punishes Aziraphale the only way they know how, Crowley is there to help pick up the pieces, and maybe they can build something new and much more beautiful from both their broken shards.
