On everyones 18th birthday, time freezes everyone except you and your soulmate. I've heard some people describe it as a pocket dimension and others call it relative time. Whatever you choose to call it, It's real and inevitable. Some people come out the other end still not knowing who their soulmate is, some people come out finding their one and only true love. I on the other hand don't need time to show me who my soul mate is, I already know. At least, I thought I did.
