One And The Same (Toby X Reader) (Astro Boy 2009)
President Stone has finally been taken down and peace has returned to Metro City. Everyone has accepted Astro as their friend and savior, and he can finally return back to his normal life.
However, among the rubble, a young boy emerges, frightened and confused. Toby pushes himself to his feet and takes a few steps forwards before he is knocked to the ground once more. He looks up and his eyes widen when he sees an exact replica of himself. A boy with his face, who practically stole his identity.
Out of spite for the newly arisen hero, a newfound hatred rises inside of Toby as he stares at the happy robot. Instead of facing him head on however, he runs. Toby runs away to a place where all outcasts go. A place where the hiding remain hidden.
It is there, he meets a girl bearing odd tattoos with no memory of ever getting them, a man who has lost his face, a ringmaster of an illegal circus of the unknown. This mysterious place of convicts and runaways certainly brings about many questions. However, the biggest question of all was,
"Who are you?"
"I'm you. The new you."
