This is a story about a girl who is Blue. Not because her name is Blue,(though it is), but because her skin, hair, eyes and nails are Blue.
No one likes her but for one person who always sticks up for her against the taunts and jibes of her fellow high-schoolers. His name is Will and he seems to know more about her mysterious heritage than even herself.
