My boots clunked against the sidewalk in a familiar fashion and I stopped in front of him. I pulled my switchblade out and stared down at him, expressionless, dead, and tired. He began to stand up, but I put my heel to his chest. "What do you want Smokey?" He asked in a low voice. When he looked up I made sure he felt my burning gaze and I spoke in barely a whisper, "I want my heart back you jackass."
