~Book One of the Bullet Wound series ~

"она не будет длиться долго." (She won't last long.)

The blonde haired girl listened from behind the tree trunk as the soldiers spoke. She looked down at her gun and let out a shaky breath.

They would come looking for her if she didn't do anything. She didn't need any loose ends, not when she was so close to finding her sister.

[Book Two of The Phantom Saga] PG18+ Status: Completed [November 29, 2021]/Editing In Process "I'm fine" is an automatic response everyone is so used to saying when asked if they're okay. Even a dying person would lie in a hospital gurney and tell their loved one, "I'm fine," just before they're pushed into an Operation Room. A depressed high schooler will tell their friends and families, "I'm fine," up until the point of having life ending thoughts and bringing it to reality. The look in a framed convict's eyes as they're being lead away after a sentencing will tell their people, "I'm fine," although they were given life without parole. What if they had spoken up? Would the outcome be different? Maybe, maybe not. Who knows? Alessia Moskal wasn't dying, she wasn't suicidal and she wasn't framed. She wanted out of the life she was living and she managed to change that in a short span of time. It must have costed her something. However, that something didn't phase her. It was a simple transfer from one cage to the next. She didn't get her freedom, but at least she's not being dragged on a leash anymore. Right, Petro? "Katya Sharpe," he tuts, "I knew I should've searched harder for you..." Sitting on the window sill of his office, she smirks at his remark. The sun isn't as bright as it was before, falling behind a thick huddle of clouds, but the wind whisks through her loose, curly, strawberry blonde hair, lifting the light strands and cascading them over her shoulders. "Yes, you should've." She states, "Nevertheless, you still wouldn't have found me since having your blood on my hands is apparently my destiny." "You won't get away with this." "Yes," a smirk twitches at the left corner of her mouth as she flicks the safety off her pistol, dangling it in the light, "Yes I will." Warning: The WHOLE story MAY be triggersome. Book 1 of "Bloodlust" series. "I'm going to give you one chance to answer me. Where is she?" She asked, looking into my eyes. I looked back at her, terrified. "I swear that I don't know what you're talking about!" I answered, starting to shiver. She smiled wickedly. "You know, the only reason I sent my brother away was because I wanted to interrogate you myself. Whatever he would have done to you doesn't even begin to compare with what I'm going to do to you if you don't answer me. So... One more time. Where. Is. She?" She said, in a condescending tone, as if she was explaining something to a child. "Look, if you want to kill me go ahead. I don't know anything." I said, looking into her eyes and faking the confidence that I definitely didn't have. She looked at me, cocking her head to the side, and for a few seconds I though she wouldn't to anything. My relief didn't last though as she laughed coldly and looked at me with a half smile. Her laughter was beautiful, even though it sent shivers down my spine. It was the same with her eyes and smile. All of which showed me that she wasn't kidding. "Where did you get the necklace?" She asked. I froze, was that what that was all about? I didn't know! "I told you before, my dad left it to me, I swear." I said truthfully. She looked at me for a few seconds, thinking. I couldn't shake the feeling that everything about her was cold. "Well, even if you don't know anything, she'll come for you. And I will have the answers I want." She said with indifference before adding huskily in my ear. "And... I think we can have some fun together while you stay. Don't you agree?" She said as she laughed again and gave me her signature smile. Everything about her showed me that she wanted to hurt me and even more. She wanted me, in every way possible. Rated M(Mature content): Contains triggering content, read at your own risk.

"Do you trust me?" He asks. I hesitate for a moment just observing him. Broad shoulders, jet black hair, and striking blue-green eyes. To be quite honest he looked intimidating with the leather jacket and the gun visibly peaking out of the holster strapped to his side. "Is it okay to answer no?" I ask my voice cracking.
