Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling. Janus had to find other ways to cope with his feelings, mostly unhealthy. But what happens when these two dorks fall for each other? I'll tell you, mutual pinning and miscommunication, with tons of angst with some hurt/comfort fluff. Deceit is unpopular in highschool, as others find him ugly with his snake-like burn, he is depressed and self harms, he has a crush on one of the most popular kids, Logan, they meet in a class and try to become friends, but Logan's friends, Patton, Roman, Virgil, try to push them further apart. Edit- 06/02/21 this was one of the first things I tried to properly write, it isn't that great but it does show how much I've improved and I find that cool now that I've gotten over most of my embarrassment about it. Deceit Falls: Growing up Together
Thomas is a kid and so are the Sides. King Creativity is still around but not for long. How will the kid Deceit and the other sides react to such a big change in Thomas's mind when Creativity is split it to two? Deceit is not sure how to take the chaotic side which is Remus, who seems to be stalking him and causing Thomas to get in too much trouble, bring Morality to their door to 'chat' about the uncontrollably creative half. Not that Deceit see's how that's his problem. Meanwhile, Virgil is curious about the light Sides, especially the new Prince that looks like he escaped from a Disney film.
