This is a hateful, hateful short story. One of my older works, it follows the memoirs of a girl from a society of purists. I wrote it after my accidental encounter with a white "pride" (supremacy) website. I was so angry that I wrote this all in one sitting. Now that I look back, it's too preachy, but I still like the character.

undergoing 1st round developmental edits!! When Edith, an overworked college student goes no contact with her parents, she must find a way to financially support herself while she gets her degree. She enters a writing competition in which the winner gets a book deal. When she struggles to write the violence in the slasher novel she decided to write, she turns to drastic measures for inspiration. After all, you should write what you know... a/n: hi guys!! this is an (incredibly) rough first draft of what originated as a project in my Creative Writing class. We were given the school year to write an original novella, and this is mine! I've grown really attached to the plot, but at my current writing skill, I don't think I could've properly gotten the point across in the time I was given. I'm publishing it here both to share it with my friends and to hopefully find proofreaders! My writings contain dark topics or are more of darker fantasies based books. If you do not like dark themes or topics, murder, blood, gore, human pain and suffering, along with other similar topics. This is not the place for you. But I do not write to promote torture. I believe you have to suffer to become stronger. Additionally, I like spooky tales.. Do you like tea? Specifically boba, well this is a future book store is not a drink place. But do you like drama (did you get the joke?), dark fantasy, maybe a bit of romance, and virtues?
