Nayeli is a shy and mysterious human. She never knew about the existence of werewolves. She lost her parents at a young age and was raised by her grandparents. 

Alfonzo is the prince/ son of two amazing parents, they ruled with kindness and were adored by their people. He always aspired to be like his parents and were quite close to them. For the past months, he had been traveling around, checking on his people and making sure everyone had a meal to eat and a home. All the 20-year-old needed was a mate. He had been anticipating one, he didn't even care what she looked like, he knew he would love her even if she was an ugly duckling. 
He never thought he could gain and lose a mate so fast. Both had a different idea of what had happened that morning, neither knew the actual truth.
