This is a New AU for the Ouran High school Host Club characters that me and my friends created, Felix, Donovan, and Gwynneth! Though this book has nothing to do with Ouran High School Host Club, the characters(Felix and Donovan mainly) were (originally) inspired by it. This AU is exactly like it sounds, the setting is the ocean, and many of the characters are mythical sea creatures.
Quick Summary:
Donovan is a prince from a Merkingdom, and Gwynneth is the royal sea sorceress. The two are on the run because Donovan's evil Aunt killed his parents and took over the throne, and her shark-soldiers have been hunting them down. Felix is just a normal human who ends up meeting them, and lets them stay at his place. And the story continues from there.

Choices Affect Everyone COMPLETE
Tension between mermaids and humans had always been high, especially after the queen of the mermaids had been killed by humans, regardless that it was an accident. So many years later when Princess Muriel becomes curious about humans, she keeps it to herself. Muriel lives in a castle with her father, sisters, and best friend, Percy. Some of her sisters blame her for their mother's death so Muriel avoids them when at all possible. She gains an interest in humans and trails after their ships. For humans, mermaids are bad luck so she knows that they won't attempt to harm her. The first time Prince Philip steps foot on a fishing boat he witnesses the crew catch a mermaid. Although terrified, he moves forward to help untangle her as no one else is moving. He prays that she'll forgive him. Worry forms when she takes a lock of his hair. Was that a way of marking him? Regardless, he doesn't fight, not wanting to make it worse. Worry increases when she's spotted again. Muriel begins to develop a crush on Prince Philip after he frees her from the net. When her sister's displeasure with her grows worse, Muriel seeks to avoid it. In a desperate attempt to do so she finds herself cave of the sea witch Minerva. Philip's kindness remains prominent in her mind when Minerva offers her a choice to be a human. Hesitantly she agrees, unaware of how different the human world from hers. Philip's bodyguard begins to catch on that Muriel is different and Percy and the king quickly become desperate to find her. My own version of "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Andersen. When they arrive at the Forbidden Island, he's excited to show Angel and the students the tour of the Island, while staying away from a certain area. The Forbidden Island is said to hold a dark past. Angel and her friends leave the yacht and accidentally gets left behind when the yacht leaves. So they have to find a way off the Forbidden Island but it's more difficult than they thought. Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to!
