A short poem addressed to the stereotypical society that has been 'tagging' and 'judging' a certain group of humans recognised as females.

So far, this has been my major disappointment as a well-educated and learned female who is capable of contributing to this very own society that has judged me on so many levels.

[It's We Are Okay meets Before the Coffee Gets Cold - in a Malayalam high school, under a gray sky, where the boy who died yesterday still smiles at you today.] Twenty-one-year-old Hima's life was nothing out of the ordinary until that one day when she found herself mysteriously awake in her past, in her eighteen-year-old self, exactly six months before her classmate Soumik Kurup had taken his life. Determined to avoid any involvement with him or his tragic fate, Hima keeps a low profile. However, as time passes, she inadvertently becomes more entangled with Soumik than she ever intended. After a brief encounter on a rainy day, Hima begins to see beyond the facade he presents and the assumptions she had made about him based on her observations. When time paves the way to bring them close as more than just classmates, Hima have two choices resting in her palm: get involved in his mess to save him or stay on the sidelines like she has always done and let him take his life yet again. or she is his classmate who found herself back in the past, given the opportunity to save his future. except she does not wishes anything for the boy until hearts flutter and time stutter. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [completed] inspired by the webtoon 'back to you'. A LOVE SONG UNSUNG

He was 23, and she was 18. They stood together in the registry office, ready to sign the papers that would officially make them husband and wife. It was a secret marriage-only his friend and his girlfriend knew about it. He signed first, then handed her the pen with a smile, but her heart raced as doubt and insecurity clouded her thoughts. Was this the right decision? What if his father found out about the marriage? Would his family accept an orphan and a maid like her as a daughter-in-law? What if, after fulfilling his desires, he grew tired of her and abandoned her? She had no one to stand up for her, no one to turn to if things went wrong. Was it true love, or was he simply lusting after her? Why would a billionaire's son want her? He could have anyone-maybe even a movie star-but he chose her. Why? Despite her fears, her love for him was genuine. Slowly, she lifted her gaze to meet his, her insecurities weighing heavy on her heart. He took her hand in his, offering a gentle squeeze, then motioned for her to sign the papers. With a quiet nod, she did. His friends clapped and congratulated the couple, each one signing as a witness on the papers. Now, legally, they were husband and wife. But to the outside world, she was nothing more than a maid in his house.
